Position Summary

With direction and guidance from professional staff this position will plan, develop, and execute strategic objectives within our student-lead programs and outreach initiatives at the Women's Resource Center. This will ensure the growth and stability of our student-led initiatives and allow us to meet new collaboration requests related to women's academic success and retention.

Conditions of Employment
  • Must present transcripts prior to a formal offer being extended.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree; no previous work experience required.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project planning skills.
  • Entry-level knowledge and skill at the Bachelors or Masters level within specified area of professional specialty.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
