Business Analyst

Job Description
We areseekinga highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join ourTylerteam. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our product development team. You willbe responsible forgathering and analyzing business requirements,facilitatingcommunication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with both businessobjectivesand technological capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and JIRA tickets.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate system functionality against documented requirements.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
- Monitor the step-to-step development life cycle for timely deliveries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of field work management, inspection, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
