JOB
SUMMARY
Manages the Concur System which
is for expense reimbursement and travel. Manages the AppZen expense review
software. Manages the Company Credit Card Travel and P-CARD programs. Reconciles all employee's cards to expense
reports. Main point of contact for
employees while traveling if they incur and issues. Works with Internal Audit
on all reported infractions. Reports
all non-exempt employee hours to the team - vacation, sick, personal, regular
and overtime hours. Reports
back-office safety hours monthly. Backup Administrator on Bank Accounts as
well as primary Wire Payment Approver. International Billing for intercompany
expense transactions. Supports team
members in the Internal and External audits. Back-Office time keeper for
non-exempt employee's backup for all Irving office. Coordinator for Breakroom and all catering
functions for Irving Corporate office.
Back-up Administrator on other departmental software. Trainer for the company on the Concur
system and Global Card access including preparing training material.

Required Standard Reports for management as well as adhoc as requested.
Coordinator for Breakroom and Office Catering functions as requested from the Controller.
Prepare and maintain training material as the system administrator. Including training the users
Reconcile the P-CARD and Expense Reports to the Corporate Cards as well as suspend as needed.
Schedule Guest/interview bookings on Concur
Main Contact with Direct Travel
Order Flowers and Food as needed for employee life events
Consolidate the international travel cards and bill for intercompany activity
