The Electrical Power Engineering Technician will be responsible for evaluating site utility power, analysis of operational power requirements, and working with local utility providers in developing site power plans and upgrades.
Qualifications
Responsivities will include 25% travel for site visits, evaluating Electrical Designs & be able to provide CAD drafting of Electrical One Line Diagrams. Load calculations, equipment specifications and electrical equipment specification review and approval. Review of 3rd party detail design drawings. Coordination of Utility Upgrade requests and work with Utility Engineering departments requirements. Need to be able to design, analyze, and work effectively in industrial settings utilizing product/process control systems and electrical power systems within 84 Lumber Operations.
