About the Opportunity
Under the direction of the Manager, the duties of this position require the individual to perform a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. These duties include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, adjust/repair various electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment. These duties include providing 24 hour, seven days a week, continuous coverage; provides emergency coordination with Facilities Management shops and/or emergency personnel such as fire department, police, Environmental Health & Safety.
