This role is responsible for the supply of Goods to our Affiliate and Export Markets, to meet the demand plan and achievement of operational and commercial targets for ANZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring stock is available in full and on time across the Distribution Centres in the ANZ supply network, to meet agreed ETDs for shipping.
  • Ensuring the correct support for new product development is carried out.
  • Clearly communicate and manage supply risks back into Affiliates and the Export Commercial team across ANZ.
  • Prioritise continuous improvement and development of tools & process, to support the demand requirements of the business now and into the future, in the most efficient manner.
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
  • To uphold the Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the Company's vision.

Qualifications, Experience, Technical knowledge, skills:

  • Experience in Planning, Supply Coordination, Export within FMCG an advantage.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications desirable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Management (Ability to manage expectations and influence change).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
  • Team player with success in collaborating across a variety of teams to drive outcomes.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving that incorporates business acumen.
