WORKFORCE West Virginia is a cooperative effort to provide one-stop delivery of career services to job seekers, employers and other Interested Individuals. These services are also available in your local West Virginia Job Service office or WORKFORCE West Virginia Office. Our mission is to function as a self-directed Job Search System providing quality customer service to the people of West Virginia enabling all customers to make informed choices.

With its other workforce partners at the Business and Employment Center, Frederick County Workforce Services offers a wide range of top-notch recruitment, retraining and retention programs, and is proud to serve as a valued resource for the Frederick community. JobLink is an employment program developed to bring together job seekers who desire permanent employment and businesses that need reliable employees. JobLink prepares individuals through education, training and counseling and refers qualified candidates to prospective employers.
