We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Multi-Channel and Digital Marketing, Senior Product Manager/ Associate Director. The Senior Product Manager/ Associate Director, Multi-Channel and Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in building a brand-centric multi-channel center of excellence. In this role, the individual will provide strategic insight and planning to balance short term goals with long term brand value in the digital/non-personal promotion space. This position will oversee the brand media planning, channel planning, and non-personal promotion/digital reporting/analytics that will help establish and drive engagement with key stakeholders for NVX-CoV2373, the COVID-19 candidate, in addition to other vaccines in the pipeline.

This person will report to the Director, Multi-Channel and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Development, execution, and management by:

  • Drive digital strategy in the development and implementation of an integrated multi-channel plan.
  • Familiarity with both HCP and Patient media channels and publishers, including social.
  • Experience establishing KPIs to measure performance and optimize as necessary.
  • Follow and recommend digital trends as appropriate to drive brand value.
  • Experience leading and gaining Medical-Regulatory-Legal approval.
  • Help lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and shape key strategic marketing choices.
  • Develop and execute against HCP and Consumer promotional strategy and tactical plans.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting to ensure ability to optimize campaign performance.
  • Identify appropriate measurements and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ensure positive ROI.
  • Identify strategic market opportunities and make recommendations to enhance brand penetration.
  • Develop mid-to long-range plan for future indications.

Minimum requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience, including experience in commercial vaccine organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Pharmaceutical Science preferred or/and Biotech/Vaccine field is strongly desirable.
  • A proven track record in influencing change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and training experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues.
  • Demonstrated proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Proven ability to run multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and high expectations.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and working on successful multichannel campaigns.
  • Filed Force Marketing experience is helpful.
  • Strong project and process management skills, including competency in agency. management and budget management.
  • Strong digital marketing aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
